The monthly Board Meeting is normally held following the regular monthly club meeting on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Board meetings will typically start at approximately 7:00pm.

These monthly Board meetings are held in the Laingsburg Elementary school cafeteria located at
117 Prospect St
