Recent and past local projects include various improvements at Bates Scout Park: basketball court, replacement of the concrete at the front pavilion, tether ball poles, kids playground equipment, providing financial support for the Laingsburg Public Library digital books program (more important than ever!), Laingsburg High School Red Thunder robotics program, the Laingsburg Community Choir's Carnegie Hall concert, three gaga pits (one at Bates Scout park and two at the elementary school), railings for the fishing pier at Sleepy Hollow State Park, Leader Dogs for the Blind, Lions Childhood Cancer, the Lions Bear Lake Camp (for blind and hearing impaired children, located in central Michigan). And many more.
